Link building is not fun and easy to do in 2014. We have to follow so many things when you ready to start link building to your website or blog. Many of the link building strategies are dead when penguin algorithm updated in google. Negligence in doing link building, so many big websites are penalized in google search engine.

• Focus on to get external links that efforts on the acquisition of editorially accepted links. These are links requiring human will check manual and give approval.
  
• Get links from relevant field.
  
• Quality trumps quantity. Get few back links from high page rank, high trust and authority websites. It will have more effect than hundreds of back links from "Write As Guest Posting" in blogs.
